Blackard Real Estate opened for business on January 1, 1972, operated by Ms. Jerrine Blackard who was the sole proprietor until 1980. At that time the business passed on to Mr. Ted Eversoll who owned and operated as the Proprietor Broker until his untimely passing on March 15, 2019.

I had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Eversoll for the last 14 years.  Ted’s mentorship was instrumental as I learned from him the unique facets of Adair County real estate while assisting the wonderful people of Stilwell and the surrounding areas.  I gained valuable knowledge of how to serve clients with integrity and ensure their needs were met or exceeded with any transaction, large or small.

September 1, 2019 (with the blessing of the Eversoll family) I began to operate as Proprietor Broker under the well-respected name of Blackard Real Estate.  I hope to honor Mr. Eversoll through my commitment to serve the community with the same honesty and integrity that Blackard Real Estate provided for over 47 years.
